TOT GYMNASTICS

We have created a special space tailored just for our youngest gymnasts! It is complete with equipment sized just right for them, trampolines, and thrilling obstacles set in a lively atmosphere. We aim to enhance physical strength, self-esteem, and problem-solving abilities.

All gymnasts will move up with their peer group at the end of our session, based on a September 1st birthdate. Our approach ensures each child receives the guidance and support needed to develop confidence and proficiency in their gymnastics journey. Once gymnasts complete the final Kinder level, they graduate from our Tot Program and move into our Instructional Program, a skill-based program.

6 MONTHS TO WALKING WITH ADULT PARTICIPATION

Babies and their adults explore a safe, stimulating, and social environment through music, movement, and sensory play. Together we guide and support our Baby Vikes as they are introduced to gym equipment and develop age-appropriate strength, balance, and coordination. Class emphasizes visual, motor, and social skills – the building blocks of development. Individual needs are respected as babies roll, sit, crawl, cruise, learn, and play!

WALKING TO 2 YEARS WITH ADULT PARTICIPATION

Children and their adults will explore and participate in activities that enhance large motor movement and hand-eye coordination. Together, we have so much fun as children become comfortable in the gym and begin to explore the balance beam, bars, rings, and trampoline. Emphasis is on age-appropriate skills, muscle strength, coordination, and balance. Gymnasts must be able to walk to participate in class.

AGES 2 AND 3 YEARS WITH ADULT PARTICIPATION

Little gymnasts better understand class structure and enjoy interacting with their peers. With their adults, children will work on introductory tumbling skills, upper body strength, and motor development in a structured setting that allows for exploration. It’s amazing to see confidence grow on the balance beam, bars, rings, vault, and trampoline.

AGES 3 AND 4 YEARS WITH ADULT PARTICIPATION

Gymnasts shine as they build on previous skills with more focus on gymnastics terminology, proper body positions, and tumbling progressions. As children demonstrate the ability to participate on their own, coaches will transition adults from participating in class.

KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS AGES 5 AND 6

Throughout class, more advanced concepts on the balance beam, bars, rings, and trampoline are introduced. Heightened body awareness at this age allows emphasis on proper form, technique, and independence while still having fun. This is our final Tot class, students will progress to instructional skill-based classes at the end of the Tot session.
